Hi... we're in the process of the finishing touches for the 2009 CIC and the website updating. The date will be March 14th at St Peters Golf Club, rain, snow, sleet, wind, or shine.

We're as full as possible at 144 with still many on the waiting list. We will be doing pairings, etc and do our best at meeting everyones needs. Early warning, be at the course so as to leave the club house no later than 7:45A. Lunch will be served at 1:30.

Hi all!! Just a note to alert y'all that the electronic apps have proven very popular. We have also received several via mail. We have 52 paid-up spots. We'll take 124 only so please don't wait til the last moment. We'll continue accepting sponsors etc. The veterans I'm sure will appreciate everything. If you know of a potential sponsor, ask them or let me know.

New this year... The Ramada Inn next to the course by Hardees is offering King Bed rooms for $55 and Double Bed rooms at $65 with tax extra on both. Good rates!! Call 636-397-7101 for the "Connors Irish Classic" rates!!! The hotel is also close to the post tournament gathering locale.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYBODY AGAIN FOR COMING TO PLAY IN THE CLASSIC AGAIN. IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE JUST A FEW YEARS AGO WE WERE GETTING JUST ENOUGH PEOPLE TO PLAY AND NOW IT'S AT A POINT WE HAVE TO TURN PEOPLE AWAY WHICH IS TERRIBLE. ALL THE MONEY IS GOING TO A GREAT CAUSE IN THE VET'S AND JUST SEEING ON THE NEWS LATELY THEY NEED IT. SO AGAIN THANKS AND WE WILL SEE YOU NEXT YEAR ON MARCH 15.

A week to go and we have but 6 openings left. We'll be turning in the pairings Monday so any late entries will be space available only. Weather looks like it will be relatively nice which is a shame.... don't forget no glass bottles allowed on the course.

Congrats to all the players, sponsors, donators, and volunteers that helped us raise a record $1300 for the veterans. We filled the player spots for the first time!! Looks like next year the late comers may be out of luck and could miss the fun. Sat Mar 10, 2007.

The key now is even with this, payment must be made in cash to either one of us no later than next Sunday.I have unfortunately been burned by folks saying they would pay on 'the day' only not to show.

like i said i suck. I admit that. But how often can we live in the past. I used to weigh 160 at one point in time but now im a fat 200 but i never talk about "man in highschool i was in good shape" so talk all you want about at 15 itss called live in the now buddy
